The room was reasonably spacious, updated, it had central heating, TV, and coffee and tea making facilities. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus. The staff was efficient and best.

Unexpected challenges during stay
The staff provided friendly service was good. The location was perfect for quick access to local attractions.
My assigned room had cleaning issues and a faulty air conditioning unit, impacting my comfort. I reminded me of my concerns were overlooked, disappointing.

I stayed one night and it was a mixed bag. The room was comfy, clean, and quiet, but the shower had zero pressure and the AC was kinda weak. Breakfast wasn't bad though-had cereal and some eggs. Just beware-finding the place was a nightmare because of the email link! Had to call for help to get directions.

The place is clean and newly renovated! Everyone who works in the hotel is best and helpful. The rooms are quiet with wifi. The venue has a central location to HEB grocery store. And it's nestled in a nice building right by a safe area as well as many familiar businesses.

The hotel was clean and surprisingly quiet, perfect for our family of five. My teens loved the nearby hiking trails, and we enjoyed the pool area as a nice hangout spot after a long day. Ernest at the front desk was helpful!
